Frédéric Dupont
Chief Executive Officer
Frédéric Dupont brings more than 20 years of experience in the materials and semiconductor industry. He co-founded EXAGAN, a GaN-based power electronics start-up that was acquired by STMicroelectronics. He previously served as Vice President and General Manager of Soitec Specialty Electronics, where he drove revenue growth and spearheaded the implementation of the company’s compound semiconductors strategy.
Fabrice Letertre
Chief Technology Officer
Fabrice Letertre is a seasoned semiconductor technology expert with 30 years of experience. He co-founded EXAGAN and served as its Chief Operating Officer, playing a pivotal role in building and scaling the company from early-stage technology development to industrial deployment and acquisition by STMicroelectronics. He previously served as Vice President of R&D at Soitec.
Nicolas Sillon
Program Director
Nicolas Sillon led packaging and 3D integration activities for ten years at CEA‑Leti in Grenoble, where he and his team conducted pioneering work in Wafer‑Level Packaging. He then left Leti to drive the creation and growth of CEA Tech Occitanie, a new Toulouse‑based CEA research and technology‑transfer center with a strong focus on power electronics and a successful partnership with Exagan. He later served as Director of the seven CEA Tech regional platforms.
