Job description

As part of our growth, we are hiring a Semiconductor Device Design Engineer to develop components tailored to electrification applications.

You will be responsible for the design, modeling, and simulation of WBG devices, as well as layout creation.

You will work closely with the characterization team to validate and optimize performance.  

Your responsibilities  

  • Design semiconductor devices to meet specific application requirements.  
  • Create layouts for the designed devices.  
  • Develop technology models (electrical, thermal, capacitive, etc.) and perform predictive simulations.  
  • Collaborate closely with the characterization team to ensure consistency between simulation and measurement, and to optimize device performance. 

Job requirements

  • Engineering degree or PhD in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.  
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in power electronics device design.  
  • Knowledge of CMOS technologies and analog component integration.  
  • Proficiency in design and simulation tools: SPICE, Cadence, finite element tools, Matlab, etc.  
  • Autonomous, rigorous, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects.  
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
