OUR MISSION

ABOUT US

As electrification accelerates, power systems are being pushed to their limits, facing higher voltages, faster switching speeds and greater reliability. At the same time, they demand ever-increasing power density.

Enabling advanced protection and high-performance conversion

AlpSemi was founded on a strong conviction: power semiconductors are the backbone of sustainable and scalable electrification.

But delivering on this vision requires breaking through the fundamental limits of traditional semiconductor technologies.

We are building the next generation of wide and ultra-wide bandgap semiconductors, designed to meet the critical requirements of future electrified systems: high-performance conversion and advanced protection, all enabled by a single, scalable technology foundation.

Gouvernance Alpsemi

Vertically integrated innovation, grounded in real-world industry

From day one, AlpSemi has taken a clear strategic stance: the most impactful innovations emerge when cutting-edge technology is developed in close collaboration with top-tier industry leaders and rooted in market and device needs. That is why we are building our technology alongside tier-one market players. These strategic collaborations are currently covered by confidentiality agreements. Our partners will be disclosed in due course.

“At AlpSemi, we design innovation from the ground up, driven by the real needs of tomorrow’s applications. Our approach is vertically integrated across Material, Device and System, ensuring that every breakthrough is not only high-performing but also optimized for integration and cost. This market-driven, device-focused innovation is what makes us unique on a global scale.”

A Global Footprint

The AlpSemi journey started in France, in Grenoble and Toulouse, two key semiconductor ecosystems driving innovation from materials to applications.

As we scale, we are preparing our international expansion with planned office openings in Germany and the United States in 2026, strengthening our presence at the heart of the world’s leading semiconductor and industrial markets.
