Job description

As part of our growth, we are hiring a Semiconductor Component Characterization Engineer to support the design and development of WBG devices for electrification applications. You will be responsible for setting up measurement plans, analyzing experimental results, and developing data processing tools to optimize component performance. 

Responsibilities  

  • Implement and manage wafer characterization campaigns using dedicated equipment.
  • Ensure first-level maintenance and management of measurement tools.  
  • Process characterization data and analyze results.  
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to share insights and improve component performance.  
  • Develop tools for data processing and automation (Python scripts).  
  • Actively support simulation and validation activities.  

Job requirements

  • Engineering degree or PhD in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.  
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in wafer characterization, ideally of analog components.  
  • Strong knowledge of data processing and automation (Python or equivalent languages).  
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.  
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
