Job description

As part of our growth, we are hiring a Semiconductor Technology Characterization Engineer to support modeling activities of WBG devices for electrification applications. You will be responsible for substrate and device characterization, analyzing experimental results and improving device modeling.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage technology characterization, including material characterization and some electrical device characterization  
  • Process characterization data and analyze results.  
  • Actively support TCAD simulation activities.  
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to share insights and improve component performance.  

Job requirements

  • Engineering degree or PhD in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.  
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in wafer and device characterization.   
  • TCAD and simulation skills required.  
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.  
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
